Wei-Guang Teng received B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan in 1998 and 2004, respectively. He is currently an associate professor in the Department of Engineering Science, National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan. He was a senior researcher at Groundhog Technologies from 2004 to 2005. His research interests include data mining, multimedia networking, and mobile computing.
